Who we are

Prices

All prices are published on the site in US dollars, with the full quantity ladder visible before you buy. There is no login, no callback, and no separate price list. Volume pricing applies automatically in the cart at the quantity you order. Prices may change over time; the price shown at checkout is the price charged.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or if we cannot produce the artwork requested, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Artwork on personalised items

Where a product carries your company name, device numbers, or other supplied text, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide. We produce what is approved. Artwork for plates and tags, meaning company name, car numbers, and logos, is included at no charge. Floor plan and building specific fire signage is per building work and is quoted separately.

Code references and section numbers on this site are provided for guidance and reflect our reading of the cited standard as of the date shown. Requirements vary by building, jurisdiction, and inspector. Products described without a verified citation are supplied to the stated specification only and are not represented as satisfying any particular code requirement. Always confirm requirements with your inspector or authority having jurisdiction before ordering. Megapolis Signs does not provide code consulting and is not responsible for a sign being rejected by an authority having jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including fines, penalties, or costs arising from a violation, inspection outcome, or project delay.
