Why our prices are on the page
In this category it is normal to hide prices behind a quote form. You send an enquiry, you wait for a callback, and you find out what it costs after somebody has decided what you are worth. We think that is a bad way to buy a $10 plate when an inspector is waiting.
So every product on this site shows its price and its full quantity ladder before you buy. No login, no callback, no separate trade list. A stranger buying 1,000 pays what a trade account buying 1,000 pays.
What is printed, and what you write in
Some products are printed with your company name at no extra charge. Where that applies it is in the price you see, not billed as a setup fee afterwards, and the product page has a field for the name.
Most plates carry blank fields instead, because the values are read off the equipment at install and written in on site. Every product page says which of the two you are buying before you buy it. Floor plan and building specific fire signage is per building work and is quoted separately, because it genuinely is.
Lead times we can actually hold
Stock items ship in 1 to 3 business days. Items personalised to your equipment are made to order: blanks are held here and personalised locally rather than reordered from a factory each time, and your artwork stays on file so a reorder is not a fresh setup. The lead time appears on every product page next to the price, not buried in a policy.
About the code references
Where a product has a verified code citation, we show it, with the date we last verified it. Where a product does not, we show its specification and say nothing about code. We would rather tell you we do not have a citation than imply one that will not survive an inspector.
